The current list of products that are prohibited from being advertised on the playbek.com portal can be found on the Prohibited Products List page. PLAYBEK may make additions to the products that are prohibited to be advertised, in line with the explanations to be made in the relevant sections of the portal. The "Member" must keep up to date with the products whose advertisements are prohibited and place advertisements for the products that are not prohibited. When the advertisements published on playbek.com are removed from publication by the advertisement owners or by PLAYBEK due to violation of the advertisement rules and/or membership agreement; Since advertisements and doping products are services that are performed instantly in the electronic environment, the fee for the removed advertisement and the doping fee, if any doping has been applied, or the rights of the campaigns and offers defined within the scope of this advertisement, if any (such as free advertisement, product-related doping, etc.), will not be refunded.  

Users are obliged to use the information they access within the "Portal" only for the purpose of the "Member" or "playbek.com" who disclosed this information, and to display it for non-commercial purposes. The contact information in the advertisements entered by the Member who placed the advertisement is only for obtaining information about the advertisement. Personal data belonging to the advertiser or third parties and/or personal data of special nature, which are protected within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data that may be included in the advertisement, cannot be used for any other purpose, cannot be copied, cannot be used directly or indirectly in other media. It cannot be published, processed, distributed, or transferred to other databases and made available to third parties for access and use.

Advertisers, whose advertisements are deemed appropriate by PLAYBEK; It approves the publication in the "Legendary Advertisements" or "Interesting Advertisements" category for the period determined by PLAYBEK, as well as the publication of the advertisements selected by PLAYBEK on social media, press releases and other media.

With the ad price history feature, all price changes of the ads can be followed by the users who added them to their favorites, starting from the date they were added to their favorites.

Advertising Rules - Real Estate

1. Only information about the real estate should be included in the ad title and ad description section.
2. Advertising content should not be written in the ad title and ad description sections, and links and photos of the product should not be added.
3. The photographs, videos and 3D Tour images used in the advertisements to be published must belong to the sold / rented real estate. PLAYBEK does not have any responsibility for the published content, 3D tour images added to the ad as photos, videos or links.
4. Correct information must be included in the criteria specified in the advertisement entries (square meter, number of rooms, floor, price, etc.).
5. The content of the added photos, videos, 3D Tour images should not include company logos, phone numbers or links, logos or names of different websites. In the images marked as the selected showcase image; Company logos, phone numbers, website links, colored backgrounds, colored frames, text contents, company names, photoshop and similar applications and plug-ins should not be included.
6. The photo(s) of a different user within the system should not be used.
7. A separate advertisement must be made for selling a property and another for renting it. It is not possible to include both sale and rental details in the same ad.
8. The same advertisement entered cannot be re-entered into the system by deleting the first advertisement entered. Members who perform similar activities such as deleting an advertisement and re-entering the system from the beginning may have their advertisements deleted, their memberships frozen or their memberships cancelled.
9. Separate advertisements should not be entered for real estates located on the same site or block and with the same features, a single advertisement should be placed and it should be stated in the description of this advertisement that there are different flats in the same location. The second ad entry with the same feature is considered duplicate (same entry).
10. Different images should be used for each ad, and the same image should not be used in a second ad, even if it is in the same location.
11. Real estate ad entries must be made by the owner or with the owner's approval. This responsibility belongs to the advertiser. In case of objection of the owner, these advertisements of the members may be deleted, their memberships may be frozen or their memberships may be cancelled.
12. Representative prices should not be given for real estate for sale or rent.
13. We recommend that you post your flat advertisements, which you want to transfer together with the debt, in the Housing for Sale by Transfer category. If you want to publish your ad in the Housing/For Sale category, the total amount, including all debts, must be written in the price field.
14. Web page, e-mail address and company contact information should not be included in the ad description sections. Phone number and username should only be published in the “User information” section. Store users can prepare a promotional page for their store and publish their contact and address information in this area, but they should not specify their web page and e-mail address.
15. “Buying”, “wanted” etc. in the ad title or description. Phrases cannot be included.
16. Products sold  or rented cannot be republished as Sold / Rented. Advertisements containing phrases such as "optional", "deposit taken", "sold", "thanks for your interest" or similar phrases that create the impression that the sales process is ongoing or that may create the possibility of deceiving and misleading the consumer will not be published, and the current advertisements will be removed from publication .
17. Advertisements of real estate owned by Banks can only be published on the Portal by purchasing the "Real Estate from the Bank" package by Banks. Individual or corporate members who purchase a Store package cannot post advertisements on the Portal for real estate belonging to banks. If they publish, the ad will be taken down and the Store will be closed.
18. During the posting phase, the information entered for certain criteria determined by playbek.com for the ad cannot be changed later by the advertiser, and the advertiser accepts in advance that he will not object to this issue. playbek.com reserves the right to determine which criteria information cannot be changed, to make changes in the criteria it has determined over time, and to apply the criteria it has determined to all advertisements as of the date of change.”
19. Those who publish Daily Rental Ads; It is obliged to act in accordance with the new regulations introduced by the Decree Law on Making Certain Regulations within the Scope of the State of Emergency dated 22/11/2016, the legal legislation and the Rules for Publishing Advertisements on the Portal. The Daily Rental Advertiser will be solely responsible for the penalties imposed on those who publish daily rental advertisements without fulfilling their legal obligations.
20. Only monthly rental advertisements can be placed in the Housing > Rental category. Daily, weekly etc. Rental advertisements must be placed in the Daily Rental category.
21. For daily rental apartments, the daily rental fee must be entered in the price criterion.
22. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to decide whether the advertisement will be considered as a workplace or a residence. The selected category is considered correct, and if there is no violation of the posting rules, the ad is published.
23. Separate announcements must be made for each different real estate. Bulk sales cannot be made for immovable properties in different locations.
24. In the Touristic Facility category, only a tourist facility can be rented or sold entirely.
25. 5. Selection of the category, brand and model of the entered vehicle is the responsibility of the member, and if the advertisement is rejected due to incorrect selection, the advertisement right is lost and a new right is not defined.
6. 14. Advertisements that are intended to be placed for rent should be placed in the Everything Else > Other category if there is no rental option in the relevant category.
15. If you want to advertise the same product for both rent and sale, a separate ad for rent and a separate ad for sale must be placed.
16. Seller who wants to advertise by using Secure E-Commerce (GET) or S-Param Secure service while placing an advertisement; In addition to the above rules, it agrees to comply with the following articles:

22. The seller must receive the returned cargo. If there is any problem with the returned product, the cargo officer can open the cargo and ensure that a report is kept, so that if he wants to take legal action against the Buyer due to any dispute, he can use the report he has. If the seller experiences any nonconformity or any problem with the returned product; The buyer must call “PLAYBEK” Customer Services within 24 (twenty-four) hours starting from the moment of receiving the returned product and report the problem he/she has regarding the return. If PLAYBEK submits documents showing that it has applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the court or prosecutor's office regarding any complaint regarding the product within 7 (seven) business days from the date of reporting the problem to Customer Services, the product price will not be refunded to the Buyer, and PLAYBEK will not be responsible for any complaint until the dispute is resolved. It will be blocked in the account of the payment institution, and when the decision of the referenced authority is made, this decision will be acted upon. The Seller accepts, declares and undertakes that he will not file a complaint/lawsuit against "PLAYBEK" or make any demands against "PLAYBEK" due to the blocking of the product price until the dispute is resolved. If the Seller does not report a problem to “PLAYBEK” Customer Services within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the delivery of the product or if the receipt of the product is not confirmed; accepts that the product price will be refunded to the Buyer. In this case, the Seller; He/she accepts and undertakes that he/she will not make any request from PLAYBEK regarding the refund of the product price to the Buyer and will not file a complaint/lawsuit against PLAYBEK.
23. Sales person; By making sales through the website, you become a "Seller" within the scope of the Law on Consumer Protection (TKHK) and a "Service Provider" within the scope of the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, and are subject to the rights and obligations defined under the definition of seller and service provider within the scope of both regulations; He accepts, declares and undertakes that he is not a "Consumer" as defined in the TKHK under any circumstances, and therefore will not be subject to the rights and obligations determined for consumers, that contracts regarding Safe Electronic Commerce or S-Param Güvende service are made for commercial purposes, and therefore Consumer Courts cannot be considered competent in resolving disputes. .
24. Sales person; PLAYBEK as Hosting Provider and Intermediary Service Provider; It provides an electronic commerce environment for the sale of advertised products, manages secure electronic commerce and S-Param Safe service processes, and does not have any title such as seller, supplier, manufacturer, importer or dealer regarding the advertised products; For this reason, the Seller is the sole addressee of all requests and complaints regarding the product, including supply, delivery and return transactions; It accepts, declares and undertakes that PLAYBEK will not have any legal/criminal liability at any stage, including whether the product is defective or not, its supply, delivery and return, and that PLAYBEK is not a party to the transactions listed.
25. PLAYBEK may make changes and/or adaptations to the terms of service of Secure E-Commerce (GET) and S-Param Secure at any time without notice. These changes and/or adaptations made by PLAYBEK are binding when published on the Portal.
26. If PLAYBEK suffers any damage, has to pay administrative fines or compensation to third parties or the cargo company due to the Buyer or Seller, as the Sender, acting contrary to the "Contracted Cargo Shipping Conditions" while sending the product by cargo; The Sender, that is, the Buyer or Seller who causes damage to PLAYBEK, will immediately cover all kinds of material and moral, direct and indirect damages and administrative fines of PLAYBEK, together with all its accessories.

22. Sales person; It accepts and undertakes that this Agreement regarding Secure Electronic Commerce has been made for commercial purposes, therefore, Consumer Courts cannot be considered competent in resolving disputes, and that Civil and Commercial Courts with general jurisdiction are competent.

Advertising Rules - Animal Kingdom

1. In order to place an advertisement, the conditions and obligations determined by the Animal Protection Law and the Land Hunting Law must be fulfilled.
2. Only information about the relevant animal should be included in the ad title and ad description section.
3. Advertising content should not be written in the ad title and ad description section, and links and photographs should not be added.
4. Pets cannot be sold. Advertisements of members who carry out sales-oriented activities may be deleted, their memberships may be frozen and/or their memberships may be cancelled.
5. In the description section of the advertisements placed for adoption, it is stated that "Vaccination, food and veterinary money will not be requested. “It will be adopted completely free of charge.” Phrases with this and that meaning need to be added.
6. Corporate members cannot post ads in the pets category.
7. It is mandatory to have a photo and/or video of the animal to be published in the pets category. Published photos and videos must belong to the relevant animal.
8. Correct information must be included in the advertisement entries according to the specified criteria (color, breed, etc.).
9. The added photos should not contain company logos or links, logos or names of different e-commerce websites. In the images marked as the selected showcase image; Company logos, phone numbers, website links, colored backgrounds, colored frames, text contents, company names, photoshop and similar applications and plug-ins should not be included.
